ABC Privacy Policy
By visiting the ABC website or otherwise providing personal information to the ABC via any other means, you accept and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.  Your privacy is important to us and the ABC is committed to respecting your privacy. The information we collect is used to provide information regarding ABC’s annual conference, newsletter, and updates of ABC’s aircraft products insurance program and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations.  When you give us personal information, we will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions listed.

This is information about you that you give us directly when you interact with us. You may give it to us by filling out a form on our website, corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, or at an in-person event. It includes information necessary to register for an event, to receive the ABC newsletter, etc.

For website visitors who register for ABC Conferences on this site 
When you register for an ABC Conference we collect your name, contact information, and payment information as applicable.  This information is used by us to support your interaction with our site.  We may contact you again with updates on the aircraft products insurance programs we offer. We may share your contact information with select organizations in connection with education programs in the aviation industry that occur in conjunction with the ABC conference.  These organizations will not be authorized to use your information for any other function.

Updating your personal information and privacy preferences
You have the right to access and correct your personal information and privacy preferences at any time.
