JOSEPH A. FRANCESKI

As Practice Leader of the Marsh Aviation Claims Practice since 1996, Joe Franceski has worked closely with clients, brokers, and underwriters by bringing a unique perspective through his 35 years of experience in policy interpretation, resolution of coverage disputes and management of complex aviation claims. He has expertise in aviation law, trial preparation, the Government Contractors’ Defense, and the emerging law of products liability in the European Union. In all of these areas, Joe has helped the ABC and clients alike to have a better appreciation for the complexities of aerospace related insurance issues. He has been an asset to the industry and we wish him well in his retirement. It was our honor to present this award to Joe for his decades of support of the ABC.
